The other day I bought an RoC Heavy Duty from t.j. maxx on clearance for 2.00. Ive been debating whether or not to open him. I usually dont open my figures unless i have a second one still packaged, but the packaging he is in is pretty beat up + tjmaxx price sticker is jacking up the front of it with its giant price sticker and clearance stickers

If the packaging is jacked, I wouldn't mind opening it. I'm a MOSC collector as well, so I know where you're coming from.
Being that it was only $2, the card is beat up....yeah man, go for it! |

Open it. Then break it. Then make it better!

If you already have a collection of loose figures, than I would open him.
If your collection is only Carded, then keep him in the package. Just my opinion. Tankers are the best G.I. JOE fans!! |

Well then if that's the case, you can peel the sticker off (gently!). Then use a very mild soap (ivory) to get the sticker residue off. |

To the OP, for the reasons you described, go for it and open!
