This may have been discussed, but why do some of the carded troopers have removable helmets, and some do not?

Hmmm, i have a mountain of them, and never have found a glued one yet.
You sure they arent just stuck together due to the resins further curing and shrinking? |

i wish i was just that stupid and it was stuck. haha. but no, this is seriously glued on. believe me, i thought it was just a tight fit also. but try as i might without ripping his head off.... the helmet stays on. but i'm not complaining, it is actually better than having them fall off so easily.

that's probably a pretty good reason for it. i honestly wish that was how they came, although it isn't hard to dab a little superglue on it yourself.
