| these sets all kick all sorts of major butt, but have a qualm w/ the MMS.
My missiles won't remotely stay on, they fall off immediately. The pin-set mount on each missile is drilled too wide, no way to keep them on.
Just got the original MMS recently, and that one is fine, even after 20 years.
Anyone else have this problem?
Outpost defender = beyond awesome. it is soo sweet, want a second but feel guilty because they are so rare and we have collectors in our area... will hold off until one has sat for a few weeks on the shelf.
LAW = unopened yet, jury still out, but loved the original. Remember fondly getting the original and playing with it on the ride home in the back of the car for like an hour.. Great toy, lasted till the very last Joe box, but lost that tip to the gun as a kid.. Hoping to do better as an adult.
Communications Port = better than i expected. Have the Televiper on my B/S/T thread, since I don't dig his scheme, but the Port is sweet and this is my first MARS trooper, who is actually pretty cool once you remove & toss the Shredder mask.
This round was a big win. Only funny ha-ha moment is the LAW box; they have it right by the beach where the waves are crashing in, for no reason. It's a laser artillery weapon, ya big jerks, you kinda don't want to park it like a skim board.
