Roc Filecards

Is anyone else disappointed in the lack of effort put into the RoC filecards? Don't get me wrong, I love the figures and the package art and design, I just have one gripe: The preferred weapons category. Almost every Joe uses the 820 selective-fire, long-range fully automatic assault rifle on the filecard. Gung-Ho has a grenade launcher, Shockblast has dual pistols and a tactical shotgun, yet their filecards state the same, incorrect weapon. The same is true with the Cobra figures: M.A.R.S. Industries D57-A extreme environment tactical rifle. The last straw was when that was put on the Night Creeper filecard. He has a freakin' crossbow! This just frustrates me as it seems like Hasbro quickly overlooked this minor detail that means a lot to detail freaks like me. Anyone else care?

I too have this problem either they have a s@#t-ton of variations of the same rifle or someone's just being lazy.

Aye, fully not a fan. I still clip and file them religiously, but I don't even bother to read them anymore. The "information" is useless and bland....and as you said, on occasion erroneous.

I've been grabbing 25e Anniversary stuff lately that I overlooked (or missed...I came late to the party) the first time around, and it drives home the point even more when I grab some RoC figs at the same time.

Not only are you cripplingly ignorant, you whine about it as well.

I think the new package has been a point of contention for many. I like the old cards better too. But I think they had to do something to try to differentiate the 25th and ROC lines.

I just throw file cards away. I bought Crimson Guard packs and use the file cards to burn and light my stove-top, lol.

One of the things i loved with the vintage were the file cards. Short stories that accented the characters. these new cards arent even worth cutting out....what a shame...

Hey,do you guys remember on the old 80's package, they would list the accessories on the side next to the plastic bubble. The weapons where named accurately. Now, they can't even get it right on the file card.
And for the poster saying we're buying a toy for a five year old, weren't the original ARAH line(with awesome file cards that everyone remembers) for five year old too.
