I haven't opened any of mine yet, but i use to open my older figures with a box cutter. I would carefully cut along the bubble and as close to the card as i could without damaging it...

I take an exacto (sp?) knife and slide it down the right side of the blister. I slide out the figure and whatever accessories I want to display and put the rest back into the blister/ bubble and reinsert.
This way I keep the card pristine and store the extra weapons, etc. so I know who they belong to. |

Yes. I keep the card intact and just remove the bubble. This way the entire card is the file card, not just the cut out. You can also keep the bubble on as listed above, i just don't like an empty bubble on such incredible artwork... |

I do exactly what Jambi does. Cut the right side pull out the fig and insert.. take out everything, then put the insert back in.

I'm confused, even though how nicely you cut the plastic, isn't it still stuck on the cardboard if you are keeping the file card to cut out?

Are you cutting out your file cards? If you are then there is no reason to cut along the bubble so carefully. When you cut out the file card, you remove some of the artwork. I just cut off the bubble and, yeah you will have a little plastic stuck to the front of the card but i don't think there is any way to remove that without damaging the card itself... |
