You know those surveys on the receipt when you buy something? Well, turns out they really do have an impact. The TRU I go to gets reports based on those surveys. One bad one and their store's "grade" goes way down and the manager gets on to people. Whenever I check out, the cashier asks me to please fill it out if they got a low grade that day. Since I always get good treatment there, I have no problem doing that.
So, what I'm saying is this, if somethign like this happens, buy a drink, go home and fill out the survey. it has a place for specifics, and even names. So it will get back to the district manager and the store manager. |

I'm sorry, but once the palette hits the sales floor, it's just as good as being on the shelf. If you have no intention of putting it out, don't bring it on the sales floor. Are they really trying to turn away money??

I've broken open a case before without asking. If i don't see anyone around i open it and take what i want then stock the rest. As for the 2 vehicles you got congrats. I really like those 2, especially the dragonhawk. Good work.

So... I didn't read the other 9 pages after the original post. Am I the only one that opened this thinking, "Great another Exclusive to try and find..."?
