Wildbill, you should use BBTS. When wave 1 hit I was still on the fence about resuming my collecting habits. Well when the pics of wave 2 and 3 showed up my jaw droped and I panicked thinking I was getting left behind. Anyway I went the Ebay route with wave 1 and got jacked up too, don't feel bad. Anyway since wave 2 I've ordered everything by the case from BBTS, just makes my life a little simpler.

Hey Wildbill,
I live in Canada as well and I know from previous purchases from The USA, the shipping and customs always got me in the end. I really wanted these 25th figures but since they weren't released in Canada at first, I feared I'd never get them. What I did in the end was ordered off ebay, but I got lucky. I found a seller with a store in Canada, who deals directly with Hasbro. All his figures are on the American cards, which is good for me since I keep them in package. I ordered like 20 figures in all at great prices and the shipping was $12 express. Not only did I save on shipping, but it only took 3 days to get here. Not to mention there were no customs or duty fees since it never passed the border. The seller is also on ebay, if you want to look into it let me know. Even though some of the earlier figures like snake eyes/timber were a little more expensive, in all the 20 figures I got with shipping worked out to $8.92 a figure and as mentioned, they were the ameican versions. |
