You COULD just ignore the whole mail away and save the cash for those figures you "really don't want but bought anyway so you could have the UPC to get the figure" and wait for it to show up in the Phillipenes.

If you don't want to use the UPC's Hasbro will accept first borns, limbs (only from the elbow or knee down) and they are discussing the possibility of souls too.

Well, the coolness of US tankers has shone through for me before (shout-outs for Bigern amd Arch2b), so I do expect that I'll be able to get one of these somehow.
Would be ironic if I couldn't though, seeing as how I was one of the (seeming) few who loved the regular ROC Cobra Commander figure.

In that case, you'll probably have to buy a subscription to the new Hasbro/Discovery Station. Or you can opt for the digital comics promotion.
