I just totally love the mold, moreso than the one on the pegs. Hasbro should have waited to release the grey uniform Destro fig til the sequel comes out.

Destro wore the same suit for the whole movie! That or he owns a lot of the same suit. I mean, you'd think a rich arms dealer would have a little more variety in his wardrobe and wouldn't want to get a little ripe while cruising around in his submarine, but unless I'm mistaken, the movie took place over several days (unless you can test to be a G.I. Joe in a day) at least, and Destro never changed clothes. Ewwwwww. That having been said, I bet business-suit Destro ends up on a single card early next year or late this year. Hasbro did a new mold for him, and you know they won't just leave that lying around when they can make more money off of it. |

I love the look of this figure. I think he'd make a great mold for the Twins too.

Yeah, I like the Destro figure we got, but I too would like to see a business suit/ end of movie Destro released sooner rather than later.

I think this figure is the best movie figure made. the only thing I can think of is that Hasbro didn't feel a generic suited figure would sell to children and instead designed their own version that looked more dynamic that might appeal more to kids. but, even then, that Destro is quite boring. I think they would have been better off releasing the suited figure and tapping into the adult collector who would have bought them up in droves to make customs out of. I know I would have.

Agreed. The Destro figure we got is kind of boring and he doesn't even wear that suit in the movie.

I don't think Hasbro really knew how to handle the character.
