Went to a 'collectibles' sale today, and I'm glad I did! For $35 I got the following:
TTBP (not sure how complete it is yet) Psyche-Out MOC Tomax/Xamot Mindbender Destro Airtight Armadillo Ferret Devilfish Destro's Despoiler Stalker v2 w/ Canoe Doc Lifeline Mainframe and more, can't remember. When I saw what he had, and the price for the lot, I said 'SOLD!' hehe Everything was pretty dusty, so I was wondering what the best way to clean them up was? Just soap/water, or will that make them rust? I'll post pics once I get them cleaned up some. |

Good Job ! Nice Score ! Soap and water gently but make sure not to get it on the screws ! That will rust them out.

what about cleaning the vehicles up? I don't wanna damage the stickers anymore than they are already. Just a wet rag or what would work best?

an airbrush with no paint in it might get the dust off if you spray it,never tried it though

I use foaming window cleaner for cars. Just watch the decals. the foaming action really gets the dust up out of the details. AGAIN, WATCH THE DECALS.

alright, after looking through all of the figures, I was a little disappointed because there were only 4 complete figs.
Mainframe Televiper Fridge Torch The rest were missing a gun here and there, the twins were missing the skyline hook thing, mindbender is missing his cape (wtf?), chuckles is missing his holster, etc etc The despoiler is missing one of the missiles (and the driver, lol) The ferret is missing a missile and some other stuff The armadillo and the devilfish seem to be complete though. haven't dealt with the TTBP yet, although I'm pretty sure the crane hook is missing... |
