I'm willing to bet you can buy a replacement motor at a hobby shop (something like Hobbytown usa or so, I don't know that Hobby Lobby would have these motors.) I don't have the UBP Mobat, but I know the vintage and the 2000 versions both still work fine to this day (Although the 2000 one is when the tow hook went away :( ) |

@ Shogi, the motor works when you remove it from the gear box inside the mobat. When you put it back in the gear box and fasten the gear box together it stops working when turned on. I got it working but when i checked it out after a couple after hours it started doing the same crap. I am going to the hobby store to get a new motor and try that.

Does the UBP one come with batteries installed? Mine's not opened, hate to ruin it by leaving it in the box!
