That Roadblock custom is actually funny as hell.

Duke reminds me more of this than his original. Not that he can't be customized though, but he looks like a Fortnite character out of package

Nah not really. The sculpt is far more realistic on Duke and his outfit (minus the Shinguards of course) is the same as the 80s one

There are basically two reasons that Joe has not done well at stores the past decade:
1) Collectors of this line (more than any other I know of) will wait until things hit clearance prices before buying (especially vehicles) which makes stores unwilling to order future waves 2) Endless bitching and moaning if it isn't an exact carbon copy clone of something released between 1982 and 1987ish. In particular the latter. Quote:
Now here is Duke and Scarlett. Other than the shin armor, Duke is nearly identical to his original incarnation.
Scarlett is the most radical departure. Scarlett looks GREAT in comics, in animation, in art, etc, but there has never been a particularly great Scarlett action figure. Frankly, the original Scarlett is a terrible, ugly, action figure with an absolutely ridiculous superhero style outfit... yet no one complained. This new one is just as bonkers as the original with a really great sculpt. Vast improvement and the best Scarlett I've ever seen. Agreed

I can see where he looks more realistic, and where he takes after the original, but there is something about the general look or build of him and the rest of the Characters that screems Fortnite to me. And remember, with how long it takes to get a product from concept to store shelves, Classified had to have been developed when Fortnite was really popular. And Hasbro wanting to build off that popularity made the New products to have a bit of a Fortnite look to them.

Duke has similarities. But looks great. Nothing a little paint won’t fix right up.

I never have understood getting bothered by figures being released, especially in a community that churns out so many great customs anyway. That being said, my reasons for skipping this line are down to prefering 4", having somewhat limited storage space (the BFS horses took some fanangling), and being a college student who only has so much money to throw at toys

I leave them off my MTF Joes for the most part, but most of my Cobras have them (thanks mostly to inspiration from some of kuh_rupt's builds). Here's hoping everyone who does buy these Classified figures enjoys them! |

I completely agree with everything here. This was the first official Scarlett figure I've ever actually thought looked good (the Renegades one was close, but time only makes me like it less), and I would be very thankful if any of the talented casters managed to shrink that head down to 4". Scarlett deserves to look pretty in that scale too! I also personally don't mind the shinguards. Exactly!
Hello fellow college student! I too can’t afford the whole line and will probably only get my favorites (got pulse SE and Duke is preordered) I’m glad that even though you are skipping it you don’t say it’s because you are a “true fan” nonsense but because it just makes sense for you. What year of school are you in? I’m graduating next spring |

For me, I am a big fan of the 4 inch scale. I bet I have more than 1000 figures at the scale. I don’t need another scale.
