I remember the Shock Troopers being really popular back then, (I have 8 of those), but it seems like they've really cooled off and the regular Cobra Trooper is hottest.
Yup that’s it! He’s the one with the heads for both Commando and Ninja and has the elastic things that dangle from his web gear. He is undoubtedly the best Snake Eyes figure around! |

Then Hasbro co-opted the term for some late wave Retaliation figures, which by my recollection, were not all that ultimate. |
