Hello All! i have an option to purchase this G.I. Joe collection. The price is $500. I an not a collector but have sold a few G.I. Joe's in the past on eBay.
I am interested in your honest opinions! Thanks! |

I'm for the most part a 3 3/4" collector myself, but that sounds a bit high. However, at the end of the day you really should be asking yourself, because if you feel that it's worth $500 to add to your collection, or you see potential to increase that by flipping it, then it totally is. Value is in the eyes of the beholder, after all, and as a wiser man than me once said, nothing is worth anything until it's paid for. And welcome to the tank!

Not into twelve inch, but they are worth more than 4 inch. Not sure, but it looks like some other brands in there to. If you do end up getting it, hit me up on the two smaller helicopters if you want to get rid of them please. Im a bug aviation enthusiast and I have never seen them before, but they look cool. I am pretty sure the big chopper is an older 21stcentury toys little bird. They are worth good money and might be worth getting the lot just for that.
Edit: I have never seem those before, do you know if they would fit Joes? Last edited by F14 Tomcat; 10-01-2019 at 04:51 PM.. |

I would say it is worth the asking price!

Are you looking to start collecting or simply want to middle man a transaction, therefore raising the prices of everyone here who collects 12 inch figures?
If you are looking to start collecting, welcome. Buy what you feel and do a search on past sales on ebay for each individual figure. I don't collect 12 inch so I don't know. If you are looking to be a middleman to profit off of some collector, die in a fire. |

Those are all “modern” 12 inch stuff and don’t go for too much. It’s the vintage stuff that costs hundreds. Depending on the price, it might not be too bad though.
