I am only finding screw sizes for vintage Joes. Do the modern Joes have various leg screw sizes? Anybody have a list of them?

They should all be the same size from the 25th line up.

Do you know the exact size and type of screw? I need at least 50 of those screws.
Thanks

Alright, my local Fastenals had no luck locating me any replacement screws. They looked online and got the big book out. They did say it was a size 3 screw. They only carried a size 4 with more thread. The course thread and the size were the limiting factors on locating a proper screw.
After going through all of this I decided to experiment. I had remembered I purchased screws from China a while back that said they would work on 3.75" Joe legs. Well, they work on the modern era figures from the ROC line up to at least the Retaliation line. I didn't try it on 50th, but I would assume they would work. They do not work with 25th Anniversary figures. They leave a gap in the thigh when used. I took out a Neo-Viper's leg screw from ~2004(I forgot what version, but it is yellow) and worked in ROC General Hawk and Retaliation Storm Shadow. It did not work on Snake Eyes V37, Hard Master, or Ninja Viper V2. So, if Fastenals is unable to get your part. You can take apart Modern Era 2003 to 2006 figures and yank those screws from their legs or order some screws from China.

Not a size issue and probably not big deal anyway, but I’ve noticed the dollar general joes have screws with a blush tint. Not sure if 50th etc do.

You're right! I never noticed that before. The heads of the DG screws also aren't as rounded around the edges. I checked some 50th and Retaliation guys and they have the normal screws so it's just a DG thing.
