I wish we could have gotten more modern era Action Force figures. As it is, I’m looking at picking up some customs on eBay. I’d also love it if IDW could release trades of the old Action Force series. Anyone fans or guys like me who just enjoy the extended Joeverse? I think releasing modern era Adventure Team figures and comics would be awesome too. There is soo much that they could do with the Joeverse to expand and get different types of stories to attract new readers and collectors. Just do better with the Adventure Team figures than the club did. Great paint jobs but the figures don’t have to all be the same curly headed guy. Modern ARAH style adventurers would be amazing. Come on Hasbro, let’s get some stuff going.

That is awesome. They had some really cool ideas for Action Force that I think would look cool as hell in the modern era format like you’ve got there. I just like the idea of branching out and not doing the same 5 guys every time. There are so many great directions they could go. Each year could explore something new. ARAH one year, Action Force one, Adventure Team, sub teams, there’s just so much.

I kind of wish Action Force had a 'Forca Fera' type character that came with a British Bulldog.

Yeah it would have been awesome, if we had gotten more modern Action Force or Adventure Team figures. The latter would probably sell more than the militarized Joes nowadays anyway. Major missed opportunity.
@46 - that AF collection looks real good. The REAL Action Force! Whenever i hear the "Action Force" name with reference to the vala stuff, it makes me cringe. |
