There are some great ones here.
I can't decide between Salvo and Spearhead. I love them both. I might lean towards Spearhead because the Salvo build was only made after all the outrage from seeing the keto diet Salvo. I will hold my vote for now. I can't pick a worst either. They are all great. I guess I am just no help tonight. Sorry

This week is a tough one for me. All of these figures are great figures and will not be leaving my collection any time soon. I'm just not sure which way to go.
Cover Girl: This figure is the only character in this line up that I had as a child. I remember when we got her in FSS 1.0. I was excited as I got to dust off my Wolverine and put her in it. At the time, she was 2nd only to Big Boa as the best figure of FSS 1.0. After learning her head is a New Sculpt re-tool, and seeing the MTF Val. figures, she has lost some luster. I still think this is a strong figure though. Tollbooth: I ended up buying a Bridge-layer when this figure was announced in FSS 2.0. He goes great with it!!! I like the head sculpt and that he's shorter than most Joes. that adds variety to the Joe line-up. I just hate the forearms and hands. With his accessories, he is another strong figure. Spearhead: I never knew about this figure as a kid, but I liked him in the NF Joecon set. This version does the ARAH version much service. I don't mind the Dusty head and the orange camo. The only part I don't like is the Shockwave vest. It just doesn't fit on this figure. Pathfinder: I have no connection to this figure, but I do like the build overall. The vest is a little big, but beyond that, he's a solid figure. Salvo: I commend the club on listening to our reaction to the "Skinny Salvo" mock-up they initially put out, and they gave us this great figure!!! This build is almost perfect for Salvo. I'm disappointed that his knees are flexed, and he barely can stand on his own. I'm afraid to do the hairdryer trick and stretch the knees so he can stand up straight. Knowing me, I would probably break him somehow. I may display him kneeling with the launcher over his shoulder. I don't even mind the launcher piece either. Rampart: I like this build a lot, and I'm glad he has eyebrows!!! I just have no connection to this character. This is a solid figure, but he will not be winning my vote this week. Kangor: This figure was great to pose with Big Boa, but, I already have this figure in Big Boa. I didn't need another one. It would be funny if the repaint of last week's winner, is this week's loser. Fast-Draw: To me, this figure does not look like Blowtorch. I think the paint, missiles, and legs make the difference. I like this build, and I'm glad people got a highly popular figure. I just have no attachment to this character. SF Falcon: We finally got an "Ultimate" ME Falcon!!! I just wish he came in his V1 colors. I have been able to kitbash a V1 version, but it still would have been nice. I was way out of Joes when Sonic fighters were around, and I'm glad people were able to add to their SF ME collection. It does bother me that the sleeves were not painted. I just looks off when this is done on ME parts. This week is tough, because Cover Girl is the most sentimental to me from this line-up, and she is a great build. BUT, I'm going with Salvo!!! I just love the parts, paint, and the accessories on this figure. This week's best of the worst is Pathfinder. Out of all all of these figures that I have no attachment to, this one is the most "Meh" to me.

Kangor was a blessing to me, since I missed out on Big Boa, and don't know if I can talk myself into the aftermarket prices he's going for. My biggest disappointment with him was that the Cobra decals on his gloves rubbed off nearly immediately. I need to get some waterslides or something to fix that.
Out of the ones I have, Tollbooth is probably my least favorite. It's not that he's bad, just a little off. The pistol they chose doesn't stay in his holster well at all. I actually lost his pistol inside of a vehicle once for a couple months because it fell out of his holster while he was seated inside and I didn't realize it when I pulled him out of the vehicle and put him away. (I did manage to shake the pistol out of the vehicle once I realized he was missing it and where it was.) Overall, though, strong lineup. I don't have an obvious favorite to vote for yet.

This is the toughest round yet, but I’m going with Spearhead. I love that we got characters from the earlier years like Cover Girl and Tollbooth, a cool foreign repaint in Kangor and nearly all of the single-carded figures from 1990 (with three of them represented here), but Spearhead is pretty much flawless.

Who I thought truly WAS the best of the past 4 polls, won. This time around, I’m not convinced...
The only one I kept and the best of this group is Fast-Draw. Love the colors, and build is an A-, despite the Blowtorch accessories. Love it! Salvo may likely win, but I ultimately sold him, as the character meant nothing to me and didn’t win me over as-is. Still, he’s leaps and bounds better than the originally proposed skinny Salvo!

Worst? Hmmm...
Cover-Girl’s build out sucks in 2019, but was pretty good at the time. Falcon is an unnecessary repaint for this collector who got out of Joe in ‘87. But I probably have to give crappiest figure to Spearhead. None of these figures are absolutely terrible, but that vest and ugly Max, not to mention the altered camo, win the tag for this week. I made an MTF version of Spearhead that I am much happier with.

Cover Girl. I swapped out the hair with the New Sculpt Comic Pack hair and it’s a big improvement.
A close 2nd is Salvo. I modified him as well. I swapped out the legs with Battle Kata RB legs and painted the waist to match. It’s funny just how little of these remain 100% “stock” in my collection.

Man, this was a tough week to decide. Cover Girl probably has the most significant place if Joe history, but her head/hair just looks a little funny. I really like Tollbooth and don’t mind the height. Lots of fun late 80s Joes that are kinda hard to separate from each other. I voted Salvo because there really isn’t anything I could change on him, with Pathfinder probably in second.
Worst is tough too as none of them are really horrible. I don’t really care for Falcon (prefer v1 figuresand he really should have had camo on his sleeves). But I would have to actually say Kangor. He’s barely even a repaint of Big Boa. If v1 Big Boa were more available to everyone nobody would have ever asked for Kangor. (I actually think most of these international repaints were wasted slots that could have been more ARAH characters).
