What enjoyment can having MOC in totes bring you? Open or display. My MOC are on a spinner rack with my open Joe's on shelves. The sealed card on display always will remind me of visiting toy stores.

I think for many collectors it is a matter of 'some day, when I have more space....'.
Knowing that you own a figure that would be very expensive/hard to get if you tried now can give peace of mind even if said figure is currently in storage. Overall, though, I agree that permanent storage is like a museum having paintings boxed up in the warehouse. I need to be able to gaze at my figures lovingly.

I'm taking the "unbox and display" method to heart: Recently opened the sealed JoeCon Tiger Force 3-pack helicopter crew and JoeCon Night Force Crazy Legs I had stored away. You're right, it's much nicer seeing them on the shelf.

Open all the way and Saturday nights I pull all of them out and play just like I did as a kid minus the destruction!! But I also play the same with my kids and there joes it’s just fun to have figures that can actually restore your imagination and have a blast making the sound effects or screaming in different voices for different figures!!

Both! Open one and keep the other carded, put it in a Star Case and thumb tack it to the wall.
