i came across an item on ebay. well after reading the discription of the item i noticed at the bottom a plug for Toy Graders Association, Inc.
then i went to the site. it looked cool and is graded diffrent scale then afa. my question is this a new company. will their grades hold value like afa. are they honest. just wanted to get some insite. also i noticed that the sell that was plugging the TGA site was also in the same city. any info would be great. |
