I used the green loadbearing vest from a 2013 Basic Assortment/Dollar General green/black Snake Eyes figure.
Then I placed one MTF frag grenade on each of the large breast pouches to create his vintage look, and used 4 of the MTF ammo strips around the band on his patrol cap to recreate his crown of bullets. I installed a gray MTF c-clamp on the outside of his upper right leg to hold his shotgun in place, and so that it could also be detachable like the vintage figure's rifle was.

This is what I’ve been working on. It’s not finished but I used the basic MGR harness with some homemade pouches.

Alright, just came in. This figure is much better looking in hand. Gotta say I'm digging him!

I might’ve over hyped the web gear on RnR but I think its a quick fix and mimics the pouches on his chest like OG figure.

I tried the same thing and used DG SE but ended up painting it just to match the belt which came from RET ultimate SE.
