I like a mix. Especially when the remaining vintage ARAH would either require too much new tooling or are just visually unappealing and not at all memorable.
Mayday Banzai Headman Canary Ann Scalpel Undertow Alley Viper (yellow & black) Dawn Moreno Snake Eyes (I’m sure hasbro is saving her for themselves though) Dreadnok Crusher Ninja Force night Creeper Volga Stretcher Royal Guard (bc Golobulus is unreasonable) I tried to be realistic in available tooling but not in character choices. I’d add more females in too. I’d love Chameleon, IDW Hard-Drive, Natalie Poole, Evy, Dr. Knox. I’d love Ninja Force Snake Eyes and Zartan too. I’d take any dreadnoks they want to make and wouldn’t mind more GIJoe extreme and Skar characters. I’d also love all of the Plague troopers to be made. I think the variety is what makes the FSS so appealing, the first lineup is what got me back into GIJoe after 20+ years. |

I would like some of the other "Teams" to be completed:
OG: Gorky, Mishka, Wong AF: Palitoy Mail-in Z-Force Commander (he never had a file name, but some call him Eagle), Updated Quarrel (Using the Updated Scarlett build we never have gotten), Shark Ninja Force: Banzai, Red Shadows: Baron Ironblood, Muton, Red Wolf And for my last 3, updated versions of classic ARAH figures: Scarlett, Duke, Roadblock

They should deliver a full set of missing ARAH figures since reproducing ARAH in modern form is kind of what it's all about, but if they have to replace a couple figures that require unique molds with some easier repaints, so be it. There are still plenty of repaints do do as well, including the last few of the Tiger Force and Night Force that came before some of the later, looser "teams" that didn't even share a consistent deco. |

I would think they would have to do classic colors of figures they did alternates of...
1. Undertow v1 2. Windmill v1 3. Hardball v1 4. either LNF Tripwire or TF Tripwire 5. Ferret Then some easy kitbashes or repaints 6. Headman 7. Col. Courage 8. NF Sneak Peek 9. Super Trooper 10. SF Falcon 11. SF Roadpig 12. Backblast

Appears to be a lot of Stockholm syndrome in our community around assumed mold limitations and design compromises. We're talking about an imaginary thing that might never be done or might be done by someone other than the Club FSS we have today. So think big. Let them crush your dreams later. Don't give in and think small. At least by starting big and being honest about what you would ideally want in a 12-figure set, you might get some of it and they will get better data on what people want.

Well that is actually an even bigger problem I think. Most of us have been OK with the formula of repaints with just a few new headsculpts thrown in. Yet here we are. Death of the line. Why can't that be a good enough model to keep things going? If anyone takes over i am sure it will be the same formula. I don't bother with picking parts, but I know for some it is part of the fun of figuring out new characters. I used to like figure out the 7 Pack exclusives, but now that would be a pretty random Joe set after this FSS 8.0.
