I'd select the missing option for those who aren't interested in a Flagg but are interested in HasLab doing some other Joe crowdfunded project.

Same here. I've only got 600 square feet of apartment to deal with, so even if I wanted to back it, I really couldn't do anything with it.

I don't see GI Joe having the HasLab treatment anytime soon. Unless thousands of teens and young adults join the fandom and the next film is a success, GI Joe is the last of Hasbro's concerns. They're more focused on squeezing as much out of Transformers as they can get.
I'm only going to end up reiterating everyone else. Even if we get the opportunity to fund a HasLab-created Joe product, it would only be a set of figures or smaller vehicle (Coyote). Most of us collectors can't afford anything as high as $500.00. It would be economical suicide for Hasbro. |

2 hits against a Joe project. Joe community is a fraction of the size of Star Wars. Joe fans are extremely cheap, they will never pony up the dough for something ambitious.

People are whining about the price of the Heartwrencher set which was one of the more reasonably priced exclusive vehicle sets in recent memory. There's zero chance a Flagg would get enough orders to produce unless is was $9.99 at Ross.
To more directly answer the poll I personally would not buy a Flagg for any price that Hasbro could produce. I just don't want one very bad. However Haslab could be used for smaller things like say a run of figures or maybe an army builder pack and I would order multiples. With zero new tooling I have a feeling that a line of pay upfront army builder packs would sell through. Cobra Troopers, Vipers, BATs, Eels, Techno-Vipers, Zombie-Vipers (In Cobra Blue!), Shock Troopers, the choices are endless. |

The thing with a Flagg is a lot of collectors already have the vintage one and I don’t see having room for two Flaggs. I know that would be my personal dilemma.
The Barge was a new, unproduced item. I think that would be the way to go for Joe as well. Something new. I agree with the comments that the larger scale, larger price may struggle with the Joe community. A better idea would be an updated more modern WHALE or Mauler. I like the idea of an FSS style lineup or even a 5 pack. Who wouldn’t sign up for 5 pack, 50th Style Parts, ARAH Duke, Roadblock, Scarlett, etc.? I would.

I'm staying positive. I hope they make a retooled FLAGG for HasLab. I hope it keeps the original length, but they add a below deck Hull level for play and storage. Maybe, they can make it modular so the middle Hull pieces can use the same mold. They can keep the elevator where it is, but it would allow you to move items into the hull layer. I'd pay up to $1000 for that. I'd just need time to save up for it.

Where is the "wait til it hits Ross" option?

But to that last point, many of the hard core collectors also have Whales and Maulers, as well. As you mentioned, an entirely new item like the Barge is what is needed to capture the full market, whether it’s a better FSS lineup or something like a cartoon accurate headquarters. |

Seriously though, $500 is crazy to me but the display ability is so tempting.
