I made a comment earlier in another post about the current & recent versions & toy lines of G.I. Joe that are now available & how in my opinion don't seem to be doing the name of G.I. Joe much justice, I mean the small carded packs with the figures in them with no weapons, come on, what's the point, plus the Rise of Cobra action figures are alittle over kill I feel also, don't get me wrong, some of them look alright, although some arn't exactly all that flash either.
So I was wondering, all the Tankers here, would you prefer that Hasbro created a new line of G.I. Joe, I mean new characters, vehicles, teams... ...or... Would you prefer that Hasbro released past characters, vehicles, teams in newer versions, like a new version of Tiger Force or a new Sgt. Slaughter. Also, would you prefer them to be in the vintage design, or in 25th Anniversary design or like the latest ROC design. I am interested to see what members here think about where G.I. Joe & it's future is heading. |

I'd prefer a mix of new, large vehicles, and classic versions rereleased. Remember how the Ghost HAWK and Sting Raider were made from new molds yet based on classic designs, with better durability and more detail? I'd love to see the Skystriker XP-14F, Night Raven, Dragonfly, Tomahawk and more released that way.

I just want my 25th/Modern Era line back.
I want what I saw for 2 1/2 years. 80s card art, with the peach file cards and characters that have yet to be release. Even if they were only online. I want nostalgia back!

Yea I really want to see more 25th Anniversary & Modern Era Joe & Cobra back, why stop or change something when it's going so well right ?
I would love to see a remake of 1986 Tomahawk, imagine how awesome that would look now, full of detail & would love to see a remake of Tiger Force as well, Duke, Flint, Roadblock, Trip Wire, they would look so cool in the 25th Anniversary figure design wouldn't they. |
