So how do you guys fit the Willis Colton figure into your joeverse's? Is he Joe Colton, someone else?
I use Quaid's Hawk figure as a made up character called General Morris (after his portrayal of Jimmy Morris the pitcher in the movie, The Rookie.) |

I haven't decided yet. I still have him in a ziplock bag and never bothered displaying him.
I welcome all your inputs to see what I can do with him...haha.

I would put him in with the rest if he didn't look like this:

I remove his arms and hands, then leave the rest of his body in the fodder bin as a warming to other uninteresting action figures.

The head is not so bad if you want to use a hat or helmet.
Here is SAS Commando, Quickfire: The head by itself is a problem.

I use his head for my Star Wars figure (the whole family has figures based on themselves, but with separate Star Wars names - you know, constructed like Sound Nounverber - and a special ability) and then I put 50th Anniversary Outback's head on his body, because I didn't like the 50th Anniversary body. His hands were too goofy and he was too big. The Joe Colton body is a perfect fit, and doesn't want for gear, particularly since I envisioned Outback as an exceptionally private and paranoid "off the grid" type with caches of civilian weapons all around the country for him to get to if the SHTF, and so I already had a few packs of those circa 2000 Elite Force weapons sets for him.
Edit: I don't look like Bruce Willis, but I am bald and impatient, so it was close enough. |

I use him as my Joe Colton. The Club's version is incredibly dated, not to mention incredibly expensive.
