I was wondering which members here prefer one or the other, or both... I know the vintage collection is what most of us grew up on, I still think they it is awesome, seeing the vintage figures and holding them, same with the vehicles too, but the 25th Ann figures are also pretty cool though, the detail put into the figures, the vehicles.

If I had a choice of owning the entire vintage ARAH collection or the entire 25th collection I would definitely choose ARAH.
The bad thing about the 25th collection is that it will always be incomplete, so there will be holes in your updated ARAH collection because Hasbro can't update every character. Having said that, the 25th Joes I have are already more than enough; as long as I have my main guys I'm happy. |

Though the 25th collection is impressive I, personally, prefer vintage Joes. I'm doing an army build consists of the 85 CG (15 out of 50 so far) '86 Vipers (17 ) and one '86 BAT. In a month time or so a small army should materialize by then. It just blow they cost so much but it's relatively inexpensive compared to my other hobby (saltwater fish and reef tank)

Vintage has all the love, it's hard to replace the original. I think 25th line is cool, seeing our favorite characters and vehicles updated for a more detailed look. That is something I always wanted Hasbro to do.

Vintage Joes are cool because they bring back alot of memories for me as a kid, so they are cool in that way, plus to see them again is awesome, cos they are so cool, but the 25th are also excellent, although some arn't all that flash, same with the vintage though, but most of the 25th stuff is cool though.

Vintage... nothing like the originals that I've always wanted/played with as a kid.
