Raided my local Marshall's a while back and hit the jackpot on some ROC/POC stuff. Picked up some vehicles I had been thinking about, but never got around to getting. Much better selection than any of my local Targets or TRUs!
Wish Joe was still at my local Walmart, but no dice there at all. Thankfully Marshalls saved the day. |

Wow...you guys are finding Charbroil, Kamakura, Nano-Viper and Red Fang Ninja?
Can anyone pick these up for me? I just need these four! --- Went to Marshall's and they had a Cobra Deviant Mech and Night Raven. Only figures was Cobra Commander and Storm Shadow early wave ROC's and one 25th Anniversary Crimson officer non-foil card.

I hafta rant for just a bit. Maybe I'm wrong on this, because I don't know all of the inner-workings of Marshalls and some of these discount stores, but this seemed somewhat ridiculous to me.......
Stopped by TJ Maxx today. I do so once a week, or once every 10 days or so. Anyway, I came across some RoC figures as well as one 25th/ME Cobra Bazooka Trooper. I saw 2 Charbroils. I always liked this figure, so I picked them up. One had a price of $3.99 and one had $5.99 on it. The other RoC figs had $3.99 on them. So I took it up to the register and asked the sales person about it. She looked at them and said that since they had different SKUs on them, that was the prices they were. I told her it was the exact same figure and that it didn't make sense. She said it was company policy and couldn't do anything about it. I almost asked for a manager, but thought that it really wasn't worth it. So I told her I only wanted the $3.99 one. So they lost a sale just because of a stupid policy like that. Like I said, maybe there's something about it all that I don't know, but it sure was frustrating. Anyway, end of rant. They had put out some more RoC stuff and some more of the regular and RoC combat heroes.

^^ It sucks, but that's the way it is there. They base their prices on a cost value, not what the item is. When they first got in RoC figs, thier cost was (probly) $3, so they charge $6. Now Hasbro is trying to clear the last ones out so they give them to Marshalls at $2, so their new price is $4. To them the first fig is "Boy Toy # 1234" and the new one is "Boy Toy # 2345" and they're different items.
