Hey guys need some help on this I received some of those China AVs today and I can't figure out how to put the 2 parts of the backpack together the hook gun simply doesn't stay together, do I have to glue it? Wasn't it supposed to be a part to take out when we wanted. Help is appreciated.
Thanks

Yeah, they don't work. If you read the reviews people have done, they mention this problem. I think maybe there will be a running change or something with the production version... who knows?
I just got four of these from China - I just plan on using those clear elastic bands that hold figures' hands in the package. It would suck to glue it down permanently.

I got one too that doesnt stay together, from what I can see, most of the China ones have that issue, they are most likely factory rejects after all. me, I just super glued it in, but other people have used one of the cleat rubber bands that the other figures come with to keep thier guns in thier hand. that should work too

Mine did not stay either. What i did was cut the barrel off the Dragunov rifle the cobra troopers came with(since i replaced all of mine with marauders AKs) and made a small hole in the backpack. The hole is aligned with the hook gun's trigger. I then superglued the small piece of barrel onto the backpack hole i made and now the hook gun stays on real good.
If you are feeling xtra creative you can also use a piece of the dagunov rifle to make the hook removable from the gun. Here is a pic. |

Just be careful not to drill to much. I just used my fingers to twist the bit so i didn't go through the backpack. Works really good. The gun pops in and out great.
