It seems like some figures always have gaps where the two halves of the upper thigh meet. Does this bug you guys? Is there any way to make the seam more flush?
I've noticed that some figs just fit really nicely together while others just don't. |

Sometimes it's due to the white plastic piece they put inside to make the joint tight. Sometimes that piece gets pinched in between and that causes the gap. If you unscrew it and fix it or just remove that white part completely, then it may go together without the gap.

Yeah, I actually had to go the opposite direction and ADD a bit of soft material into the hip socket of a couple figures recently, since they were missing the rubbery bit that's supposed to be there and the legs were very loose; and doing so introduced a bit of gap into the upper thigh. (I used a scrap of faux leather in each socket.) I think it's better than a loose leg, though (and believe me, it makes a HUGE difference for some figures), so I wouldn't necessarily advocate removing the rubbery plastic bit just to reduce the size of the gap.

Yeah, that's what I meant, in some cases, you can fix it by rotating the white piece so the part sticking out that was squished was on the open side where the T-bar goes so it won't get pinched and if if it does not make the figure wobbly loose, then remove it altogether. Depends on the figure.
