Every single ME line had its share of good and bad figures, and in a recent poll as to which one was the worst out of the bunch, I voted for the 25th line, because while there were some decent figures from that line, most had serious issues that needed fixing...

Good choices! Do you mean the Artic Trooper V35 or the later one in white camo? Both good figures but the V35 is an awesome base figure for a joe just wearing a coat. Might become part a Adventure Team type team I am setting up.

I have to vote for Airtight too. Whenever I would get some new Joes, I would open them up, put some on my desk or by my PS3 or something, then get sick of looking at them and put them away. But every time I had Airtight on my desk, I just had to pick him up and pose him. I don't know exactly what it is that sets him apart from all the rest. It's just the perfect mix of looks and playability. Sci-Fi comes in a close second for the exact same reasons.

DG shipwreck...green
He was on sale for 3$ so I snatched him up. He ended up being my favorite shipwreck. You can pose him in fantastic ways holding guns |

Im a huge fan of POC Dusty. The operatorness is just over the top and that hat, hood, and mask head is just sick, same with that scarf cape thing.

I've been reading this thread and doing alot of thinking...there are just so many ME figures I've been so pleasantly surprised and pleased with, but one stands-out kind of unexpectedly for me, and at the time I got it I remember being shocked at how impressed I was with it:
Back when the Retaliation line was wrapping-up, and the "Ultimate" wave had come out, I had just moved into my new home, and it was a rather bitter-sweet time for me...I had the opportunity to order an entire case of them, but times were about to get tight financially since we were now new home-owners and had a mortgage to pay for, so our new budget didn't exactly allow for alot of disposable income for action figures, even though I now actually had more space than ever to display stuff with. Anyway, it was around this time that I began finding some of the last Retaliation figures at Five Below, and it almost felt like I was buying these figures simply for posterity with the last of my collecting money. My Joe collection had been boxed-up for the big move, and its new home became a huge under-the-stairs closet I discovered. I almost sadly added these last few figures from the line to my mothballed collection under the stairs, and it just felt like the last Joes I was gonna be buying for a long time. The movie had come and gone, and it didn't seem like we were going to get anything substantial at retail for the foreseeable future, even if I could afford them. I even kept these last figures carded in the original factory case and just taped them back up after I checked them out. But before I did, I opened up the "Ultimate" Flint figure; I enjoyed Retaliation for what it was, and I was glad to see the addition of Flint to the lineup this time around. Since his packaging was damaged, I opened him, and I was so pleasantly surprised at how detailed this figure was. His head-sculpt had a great likeness of the actor that portrayed him, and I loved his colors and all of his accessories. I'm a sucker for screen-accurate figures, and I also love the digital/urban camo and black-shirt look for my Joes, and this figure just fits the bill in spades. The sad part of this story is I recently sold a bunch of stuff at a local used book and dvd store that buys collectibles, and I forgot to take-out my Retaliation Flint figure that was in one of the boxes mixed-up with other toys. *sigh* Naturally I looked to eBay for a replacement, and now I'm frustrated that the rest of the collecting community seems to love the figure as much as I do, and prices have risen accordingly. (lol) Needless to say, this figure is one of my priorities now... Like I said, there have been so many ME figures I absolutely love, and it's so hard to narrow it down to one single figure that's been my favorite, but Retaliation Flint has probably been the surprise sleeper hit for me.
