Okay guys & gals, time for me to vent...
As much as I love to see, read, and hear about new stuff coming out (eventually) I am getting tired of all the news coming from e-bay. When the heck are you guys in Pawtucket going to give us some offical news on the G.I. Joe toys. "What's matter, did your balls fall off?" We haven't gotten anything offical from you guys since before the holidays. We never got a sneak peek on Wave 13-Resoulte, they just popped up at Wal-Mart. ToyFair, to me doesn't count since it's a place to show off what you have to retailors, and it was all Movieline stuff. Are you so unsure how the Movieline is gonna do that you just decided not to give out any info what's so ever? Many Collector's aren't buying the Moveline stuff but there's some of us who are. For years you have kept us up to date, even hinted on up coming stuff, now it's like you guys don't even exist. Is anyone even at the Hasbro Offices with all the hype for Movie toys (Wolverine, Transformers, GI Joe)? I really hope you guys throw us a bone or something soon, instead of me reading about what you showed at SDCC & Joe-Con, which will be the first time in five years I wont be attending. I mean come on we found out about Resolute showings through cable company's guides. And what's with all the stuff popping up from China. It's enough quality controls is below average but 'employees getting prototypes on e-bay?!? Come on guys... |

i got to say that hasbro has loss touch with the consumer.everytime something comes out and it seems to do well they stop producing new items.who needs repaints when they can give us something new?who needs repacked figures when they can give us something original?hasbro needs to wake up soon before people start looking to pass them over for their competition in the action figure market.

too bad someone cant buy out the rights to gijoe from hasbro and do it the way it should be done, its really sad how bad hasbro has become, im sick of them dancing around questions in the Q & A's and slacking off the way they do. expecially with the price increases in joes they can atleast make new molds. after seeing the people at toyfair, i realized that hasbro has some people representing them that obviously dont know jack about gijoe and i say this because the guy was all excited about the pit like it was something amazing when in fact its a giant plastic terd that will rot on the shelves.
also they just ended the modern line so fast with no warning that it made us all like wtf? and then they show us this movie garbage like we will be excited for it, they assumed that since we were buying joes again we would just automatically like this movie stuff and mabe some people do but for me i cant stand any of it, i think this movie is going to ruin gijoe for all of us. see we are suppose to support the movie to support the joe franchise so hasbro does well and hopefully keep producing all the joes we want, but if this is what they are going to give us then i dont want any of it. ill just go back to my vintage joes like i have been doing since all this chaos started. we collectors are the reason hasbro kept producing modern joes after the 25th line, because it was originally only suppose to be like 15 or 25 figures and that was it, just like a celebration that 3 3/4th figs have been around for 25 years, but then we all went crazy and were stoked so they kept making them since there was such a great demand. now its like a slap in the face that they just ended the line the way they did.

preach on brother i'm with you.they pretty much killed the star wars line with the repackaging of the same 100 characters and adding new lines to their already huge universe.i feel that when their marketing group gets together they think"how can we screw the consumer some more?""i know, let's make a new line and put the same figures from a year ago in it and add some stupid accessory that came with another figure". come on hasbro, wake up and see who is buying your product today or we just might not buy it tomorrow.

well with the current economical crisis i think if we all bought stock in hasbro to gthe point of having a majority hold it could be possible.or at least we could have a say in some of the things they put out.just some food for thought.
