This is news to me. Can you list all the characters on Wolf Squad?

That's what we've been doing the last 2-3 pages. Refer to Ozzie's photo. It's comprehensive.

Sounds like we are largely on the same page. Who are YOUR custom additions?
Right. some figures have actual wolf head symbols on their shoulders, but those are hard to see on the gray camo'd figures; more easily seen on the black/dark blue inclusions. It is MOST obvious on the box set that includes the Skystriker in gray and WS decals. I see Wolf Squad as a forward-observing, behind enemy lines unit, based on Sightline's inclusion. I was going to do a Falcon prior to the three pack, just because he's my fave, but Hasbro beat me to it. Though mine would have been in the grayscale.

I asked Mark Weber at Joecon (2016?) about the shift from WS colors, and he seemed to be unaware...which I found a bit confounding, really. I think Weber was awesome for the brand, but that was a major oversight, <seemingly> confusing WS with NF. Also, "gray scale" makes me think of something else entirely, in reference to GoT, lol.

I'm sure Nighthawk will post that pic. It may already be in this thread too.

I love seeing an old thread that I created being brought back from the dead. It brings a certain joy to my heart. So discuss my children, discuss.

Too bad you ditched Night Fox. Nighthawk posted a while back a real easy fix to that figure. You just need to swap the legs out with the legs from a 50th Viper officer, and the figure becomes 99% better. I don't have that figure anymore either, but when I was interested in Wolf Squad, that's what I did.
I'm sure Nighthawk will post that pic. It may already be in this thread too.

There are some inspiring custom Wolf Squad figures on this thread by ozzie92 and axonrey. I haven’t gotten around to making any myself, but sometimes I think that the designers might have been intending to make Night Fox a Wolf Squad deco, but didn’t follow through all the way. As I recall, the subteam itself was unofficial in the beginning, but gained a more solid footing as time went on (barring the uniform deco change). Quote:
As I mentioned earlier in this thread (11-05-2016), HissTank sponsor Cobra Stickers (ToyHax) does offer some really nice custom sticker sets to add more vehicle options to the Wolf Squad. That's probably the last time I did anything with this subteam. Maybe later this year I'll get creative like others have already, and try to make some more squad members. It was cloudy and gray outside today, so I guess the color reminded me of Wolf Squad. I’ll share these pictures with you of when I played with, er … I mean displayed the Wolf Squad in the forest behind my home. G.I. Joe Wolf Squad VAMP Mk. II G.I. Joe Wolf Squad Armadillo G.I. Joe Wolf Squad Sky Hawk G.I. Joe Wolf Squad SHARC G.I. Joe Wolf Squad RAM cycle G.I. Joe Wolf Squad subteam
