I will be getting one of these for sure.. I looked all over the place to find the single pack versions. Then low qnd behold the Declassified guys got them. I told Gary that if they disappear that I would have no clue who did it. Lol So I was very happy to see this announcement. Probably the one thing on the list I got excited about.

I forget was it truly verified that someone indeed owns the POC single carded versions? If so then was the rumor I read confirmed that the shipment was sunk at sea or lost in a warehouse? If not where did they go? If someone has them are they just mock-ups? ...Still a lot of mystery about these, unless I missed any verifiable information over the years, I try to keep up but I know I miss some details.
It kind of ties into some of the seemingly weird figures choices we got in the 50th; namely, POC Blowtorch and POC Hawk. Now, I can't be sure of this, but it seems to me that neither the 50th BT or Hawk were made out of the same softer plastic as the other 50th figures. So, what if Hasbro had a ton of leftover POC BTs and Hawks somewhere in various stages of completion (from fully packaged to manufactured, but unassembled) and they decided to just finish them and package them in the 50th line? I doubt it, but you never know. The fact that cases of the POC wave with both BT and Hawk in it showed up at TRUs earlier this year just adds to the intrigue. If something like that did occur, I wouldn't be surprised to learn they've been sitting on Green BTs and Python CMs somewhere and have decided to repackage them for the upcoming line. DISCLAIMER: this is all rampant speculation on my part without a shred of actual fact to back any of it up. |

Might be some of this some of that in that they did haveleftovers.... in the form of leftover molds from POC they need to use rather than swap out tooling at a plant with which they have a deal going

I have always wanted BT in realistic colors and now regret army building yellow ones because a squad of these would be cool.

Maybe they will even send everything all around the country. My area never got half the 50th two packs...the good half. Fix distribution blunders, keep Joe alive!

Yeah me too. The line/brand just isn't the same to me without single carded figures on quality cards. The Retaliation line had them but the cards were ass. I still loved the figures and bought a bunch but didn't feel the need to keep any MOC. 50th too, I bought the whole line but again didn't keep any MOC. The whole reason I got back into collecting was seeing the iconic card art with the 25th and collecting strictly MOC. I really hope the next movie line they step up their art game for the singles card art.
Retaliation packages were just amazingly disappointing. |

I felt ROC had terrible packaging ( TOO GREEN ). While the retaliation card was generic, at least they did an awesome job of showcasing the weapons/ accessories within the package, instead of just sticking half of them behind or along side the figure, like we seen with ROC / POC.

I actually think the rarity/scarcity of this was the appeal. Now that it is coming true....I find I have little interest....Weird.
