I am all for a 1/64 metal diecast line.
They would have to be top quality though, and rival Hot Wheels or Matchbox. We came so close to a Titanium line, I would have eaten that up. Not only are they different, but you could make a nice diorama for little cost and take up little space. You could also make a very tasteful small display of your favorite vehicles or vehicle. After 30 + years for me it is no longer about displaying it all, just a representation of it all. I love the Hot Wheels Knight Rider, Batmobile, A Team van etc. The HISS tanks that came with Firefly were great. More.

Wasn't there some front page news a few months back on here about Hasbro re-copywriting a micromachines line?
I mean I wouldn't care anything about it but my boy likes things in the hotwheels/ matchbox/ Tomica scale

I would love an action fleet scale. Those were amazing when I was young.

Agreed. For me it's all about play value. I used to have guys fight on the tops of vehicles, in moving vehicles. For me the vehicles were just another vehicle-no pun intended- for the figures to play. What would I do with a fleet of vehicles with out figures to play with them? I'm not starting over with any other scale. If the future of Joe needs to be a different size then I'm out.

If it doesnt fit 3.75 figures, it wouldnt appeal to me. |

Wild crazy idea - how about a line of smaller scale vehicles - say something like a HISS was a couple of inches long, etc...
This would allow them to release much larger vehicles at a reasonable price and something like a Terrordrome or FLAGG or whatever wouldn't take up as much space in your basement. ... What do you think? The only mini HISS that I approve were the ones with POC Cobra Commander and Ret. Firefly.
