Hey guys I was just wondering if anyone has had issues with Joeparts.com? I purchased some stuff and my check cleared a month ago but no updates from them. Ive sent two emails on thier site and no response. should I chill and let them be or has anyone had similar problems?

I ordered some stuff about two weeks ago, paid with paypal and nothing yet. I'm going to wait one more week and then I'm going to start complaining.

I have used them many times in the last 2 years, I always paid with bank MO, they are great and have had no probs as I recall....Id let it ride a bit, keep Emailing them

I ordered from him about two months ago and I never got my item. I sent many emails with some responses saying he would send it and still nothing.
I had also ordered from him one other time and he sent the left part instead of the right side part. I told him I would ship it to him and he said he would send the right one out…..guess what? Nothing ever sent. |

There is no excuse, in this day and age there is no reason why people cannot send out your stuff after you pay them ( Like Toyrocket, who took 2 months to send me my joes 2 years ago!).
If you cannot send people out their stuff on time then hire more people or don't own a buisness, !!!!! |

I agree, nothing irritates me more than having to wait several weeks for someone to ship something that they got an instant payment for. There's really no excuse to take that long to send out an in stock item. I ordered something from somewhere else on 4/3 and it still hasn't gone out yet. I don't expect people to run out the next day to ship my order, but taking 3-4 weeks isn't going to get me to place another order. |

I completely understand if you own and run your own business that things can get slow, sometimes you get sick or take off on vacation but dude a month and no response to my e-mails! thats just rude.
I've worked in retail for 15 years and been a shipping manager for 5. I know the ins and outs of customer service and promt shipping schedules. it sucks too cause the website and stock is friggin sweet. gonna be a pain to find alternatives. |
