anything remade more than 3 times, i would say 2 but some of them did look better the 2nd time, but getting a ton of dukes,cc,se, and other over and over again repaints, just seems ridiculous not marketing.

I picked Cutter due to the fact that I think he looks nothing like what I expected. Just a crap kit bashed figure IMO. Nemesis Immortal is a close second...couldn't trade that guy quick enough (poor sucker heh, heh )
Off the top of my head Breaker, Grunt, Gung Ho and Wild Bill (any version) rank up there as well...just poorly sculpted and nothing like the originals. Serpentor was a turd, Tunnel Rat was awful, Short Fuze bit and a few others that will come to me I'm sure. But on the bright side some were fantastic: Snow Serpent, BBQ, Wild Weasel, Rock N Roll, Eel, Snow Job, Torpedo etc...... As many misses I think there was twice as many hits. No line is perfect. I'm sure just like Star Wars figures we'll get better sculpts of all the figures we hated soon enough. |

Definitely Serpentor sucks the most.

Plus more irritating then figures I thought should have been sculpted better were the figures that didn't make sense to me and a Hasbro blunder.
1.) Night Spectre-Not big on the vehicle but I can live with it. My biggest fault with this was Silver Padded Grand Slam. This figure should have been part of the UBP with a jet pack in place of Stalker or carded separate and taken Jet Pack Duke's slot. 2.) Tiger Rattler-Not the jet itself but Wild Bill as the pilot. a Tiger Force Bazooka or Tripwire would have been nice instead. This was a big blunder in my book. We all know Hasbro loves to repaint figures....why either of these two figures were not used is a mystery to me. 4.) Sting Raider-Copperhead should have been in his classic uniform and the PP one should have been in the comic pack. Easy fix but it should have been done right in the first place. 5.) Desert AWE Striker-Didn't really need or want it but I wanted Leatherneck which should have been in his green camo prints. Most of us just said but the AWE Striker was tan so it made sense. I think it made as much sense as Grand Slam in a SHARC and Lift Ticket in the Sky Hawk. Get it right the first time and stop making us buy everything to get what we want. Pure marketing ploy but when you can see through it....it does leave a bitter taste in your mouth. Okay...rant over that's my two cents. |

Serpentor is the worst. Gladly, I don't like him anyways.

i think firefly was by far the most disappointing 25th figure. wrong color gun, bulky ammo straps, lame looking arms and boots. i hoped the hall of heroes version would make amends, but it's too dark and the goofy ammo straps are still there. one of the coolest originals, a pretty lame update.
