Is Wild Bill in foil rare?

I usually open everything, but have a few MOC just cause of the foil. One MOC I dont have a double of is Wild Bill. It's in foil lettering...Just reading around the net he seems to be somewhat rare and sought after, any truth to this?

I have a foil Viper, Storm Shadow, Snake Eyes and a few others that I was trying to trade/sell and I got no takers
If you check ebay foil cards range from about $10-$15 depending on who it is.

might as well keep it around. i believe that was the last wave to have foil cards

yes, they are extremely rare. please come to my local TRU and buy the plethora of them off the pegs which are tired of holding them up.

Only if by "rare" you mean "if I pay someone will they take it?".

i have a WB embossed. i'm sure he'd still be warming those darn pegs if i hadn't saved him.

The words "Wild Bill" and "rare" don't even belong in the same thread together. The fact that it is WB is probably the only thing keeping it on the peg.
