Okay, still relatively new meandering this entire site, is this the entire cream of the crop for '09:
YOJOE.COM | G.I.Joe Action Figure Archive - By Year - 2009 or is there more to come?

The movie figures will be listed under 2009 probably.
There's Wave 5 of Vehicles. There are also 2 comic packs that we are waiting for. ALong with Wave 14 (Battle Damaged B.A.T., Night Force Falcon, Tiger Force Roadblock, and Resolute Storm Shadow - nothing official yet). And the 2 new Assault/Defense on/of Cobra Island packs will be 2009. So yeah, there's stuff on the way.

There is still the "Wave 5 vehicles" and Cobra Island 7 packs due for release.
Both online exclusive. But don't forget we still have the movie push, which will easily be larger than almost the entire 2008 line of product.

Is it confirmed that the Wave 5 vehicles are 'net only?

The wave was only ever shown to be Night force Falcon, Battle Damaged BAT, Resolute Storm Shadow and Zap. And two of those are appearing in the Cobra Island packs, along with the Lamprey and Wetsuit (who were both due or sorta due in the next wave of comic packs), all of which points to the assortments were likely cancelled. So here is where GI Joe stands for 2009: What is out at retail is what is out at retail. Stores will NOT be recieving new product, just reships of older stock (including singles, comic packs, vehicles, and box sets, including the new 5 packs). Wave 14 and on were effectively cancelled. At this point, retailers are just bidding their time until the movie push. The two Cobra Island 7 packs were basically Hasbro's way of getting us most of the figures planned for the next few months had retailers not cancelled orders for additional product. Wave 5 vehicles are being shipped to online retailers direct from Asia factories, meaning a limited run and online exclusive. YOu will not find the Stinger at Walmart or Target. As of July 11th, stores will effectively no longer carry Classic GI joe product and all focus will shift to the movie for the remainder of the year.

I believe wave 5 vehicles are for whoever places a big enough order, which means it is possible for brick and mortar to carry them, but my understanding was that brick and mortar passed on these before.
Also all indications are that the online exclusive 7 packs have replaced wave 14 and the remaining comic packs, since the 7 pack figures are made up of the characters in that wave and cp release. They won't be coming in any form except the 7 packs this year. |

I hear we're getting 7 more Wild-Bill re-paints, a Duke, and a Cobra Commander.

Same indication as the Night Force Falcon, based on shaded out card art.
