It's easy to troop build Cobra, just take your pick. But which figure do you guys use for the Joes to fill the ranks? I've decided Airborne is great for this. First off, he's a good, solid figure. He holds his weapons well, and his uniform isn't too outlandish. I'm also gonna troop build Tripwire as a high-tech, advanced weaponry type of soldier. His helmet and goggles make for a great looking futuristic trooper.

I've got a few extra SRO Aces that I'm finding rides for... I debated getting a few more Deep-six figures as well but just haven't. The new resolute five pavk Duke work well too with a head swap.

Yeah, if I had to troop build any Joes it'd probably be Tripwires, Shockblasts, and maybe an assortment of Flints and Dukes.
Edit: And with the amount of Snake Eyes' I've inadvertently acquired, I've begun kitting them as a special forces unit instead of the same character over and over. |

you know thats not a bad idea. we could easily make a special forces squad from the various se repaints.
airborne is a good base soldier as well. much more modern than the greenshirts.

Comic Pack Hawk is a good one, as is Tripwire.
I've got a ton of the Collectors Edition Tripwires I use as generic troops. I haven't seen any new tripwires yet tho.... |

I have 30 of the Greenshirts and 5 each of the SRO Air Command & Sea Command sets, to fill out my Joe ranks.

i cant troop build joes just for the fact they are individual people, but if i had to do one it would have to be the greenshirts since this makes more sense to me since they are troops of joe. although i dont really care for the figure ive thought about doing it. joes are tuffer then cobra though so i look at it like even though i have more cobras then joes, each joe could handle 3-5 trooops anyway on his own so it the long run it equals out so the joes arent out numbered.
