Bbi made theirs for a Target-exclusive kids line. The rumor is they have had a full-up MI-24 prototyped for some time, but just haven't found the right conditions to release it.
If you think the Black Hawk or Apache is big, the Hind would blow your mind. All that said, it's not likely, certainly from 21st. Another bit of scuttlebutt is that helicopters don't sell, and that a Soviet helo is a double whammy. And as far as current info indicates there will be NO Stryker this year. |

Bbi's Hind isn't in 1:16. That would actually make it too big.
It's in what i call, derisively, "Joe Scale". |

The most glaring proof is it wasn't at Toy Fair, even in a prototype form. I'll look, but i want to say someone at Unimax may have confirmed it, though that may just be gossip. |

The HIND-D would be a superior choice for our 1:18 collections.
I have 2 of the UH-1's Iroquois in different OD green paint schemes, plus all of the birds from the BBI 1:18 scale. Yes, most of them are in boxes due to the size, but these are amazing! |

I, for one, would love to see a Comanche.

They updated the Comanche right out of existence.
Besides, if were asking for non-existent helicopters, the Apache's planned predecessor, the Cheyenne, is cooler. ;) |

I just discovered something else. It must be new because it was never displayed on the unimax site before, but check out this LAV-25 by FOV: Unimax
