Just buy 2 of each! Thats what I do 1 MOC/1 Open. It gets expensive but then you have the best of both worlds. One to enjoy them in their carded goodness and one to play with and bring back memories. Good luck trying to decide I know its a tough one.

I know i'm going to get some flack for this, but I haven't opened my collection yet. I bought doubles for the same reason as most of you MOC collectors, 1 to open and 1 to display. I even army build but due to the lack of space(I rent a room) I just don't have the space to display them :( So right now they're stored in my closet in a box. The day I do have a home of my own (hopefully this year..eek) you better believe I'll be ripping plastic like a mad man! I'll let the pics speak for themselves....

Wow... My MOC/MIP are in Star Cases stored in a plastic container and i've ripped open 75% of my other figures.. haven't ripped through half of wave 3 and wave 5 (1 '08) but i probably will tonight.
But, i'm doing the same.. Keeping them packaged and opening them, of course it'll get expensive with the comic packs but whatever... it's my story and i'm sticking to it..... |
