I saw this on ebay last night, was going to try winning it until i realized it was an empty box,but the title just says wave 5 box instead of empty or w/o figures, and his shipping charge is 10 dollars for said empty box. so the winner is paying 16.50 for that same said empty box. Unless that box is special in some way? Am I missing something here?

Maybe I should save my empty boxes... If I sell them on ebay, I might be able to use the money to buy more Legions packs for $12.50

How is it misleading? It's exactly what he says it is, a five-pack box. He's been selling the boxes (which include the G.I. Joe base that plays the theme from the animated series, so they're actually not empty) on eBay for a couple of months now, and he hasn't received any negative feedback over it. In fact, he's been getting positive feedback for those listings. You can't blame the seller if you place a bid without reading the auction description.

Since he actually has pictures showing the box empty I don't see any problem.
If it was just a description thing...then i can see some confusion but regardless, it's the buyers responsibility.
