Just shut up already. Hasbro changes character names and back stories. Joe has several different continualities thanks to both cartoons and several comic iterations. What is your problem? You're getting way too fired up about this stuff.

Yes I remember vividly as a kid watching the adventures of my favorite Camero bumblebee being imprisoned in the Hoover dam with the remains of Megatron that the US has been back engineering for years and advancing their own tech.

but i still say reading ~please dont buy movie figures for your kids, based on what i have read about the script in the forums here it would be a shame to let them grow up thinking this is GI JOE~ is the most stupidest thing i ever heard from a fanboy. and my chick really does think its stupid to bitch about a toyline. P.S. my chick makes me laugh. maybe your right spacemonkeymafia. she replied to ya by saying - they're just dumb, probably yeah because none of them have gfs because they're sweaty manchildren- i laugh my ass off so damn hard! >w< now i know why people tell me she's rude and i'm and asshole and we belong together. seriously funny stuff. no. but she said - honestly I agree, noone over at hiss tank gives a damn about what I think and thats ok.
but personally. and truely, i collected GIJOE since 1999 with the 12inch figures. but why talk about the movie when your gonna nick pick every lil detail. GIJOE will always change with the generations like it or not. i'[m buying the movie toyline not becus i support the new story line and ideas of the movie but the fact that i LOVE the toys. collecting toys (even movie toys) releases my stress from everyday life. and i read what you whiney lil punks say. and its just sad. i mean, its a fucking toy line. for god's sakes. and its natural for hasbro to make new things. and pass the torch for a new generation. GIJOE isn't always about 30 - 20 year olds. its for the kids too. |

*snorts* i get what you mean.. *laughs softly* but it doesn't matter. i'm still cracking up at my girl's 'sweaty manchildren' comment. no offense but she is right sometimes. i mean i go to the trenches 12inch forums and they dont talk about the movie or the toys. theyre basicly talking about 12inch exclusives from hasbro. and photos of thrye adventure team and what not. a fun thing they have going on over there.
