Only their right hands though. They need to make a sculpt like the battle damaged snake eyes. That one had thick hand pegs. |

If you have had an issue contact Hasbro about it. After multiple e mails I have finally gotten a response about Dusty's web gear. They are sending me a postage paid return receipt and want me to send it back to them so they can send me the figure with the web gear. They claim to not know about these issues so if they are brought up to them perhaps they can fix these in the future. The fact that I got a response has given me some new hope for some of the issues we have all griped about.
Here it is: Thank you for contacting Hasbro, Inc., and for bringing this matter to our attention. Please be assured that we have shared your concerns with the product team. We will be pleased to arrange an exchange of the Dusty DVD figure for you as, unfortunately, parts are not available separately. To help facilitate the process, please use the postage paid mailing label that is being sent to you at the address you have provided. Simply package up your return and place the mailing label securely on the package. Drop it off at the Post Office window and it’ll be on its way back to us. We are sending the mailing label to: (my address) Once your products are received at our returns facility, we will be glad to send new replacement products. If there is a production delay and they are not available, we will replace them with products of equal value. We want to assure you that all of us are dedicated to maintaining quality products. We hope you and your family will enjoy our products for many years to come. Last edited by MAJOR BLOOD; 02-05-2009 at 01:04 PM.. |

I've had few problems with these figures since the line started - a broken hand on Shipwreck when I tried to turn it and one missing epaulet on a CG...well, and the weak knee joint on the Snow Serpents.
Out of appx 300 or so figures I've bought since the line started, I don't think that's too bad. Of course, I see the same kind of complaints about the Mattel DC Universe line and I've never had a single QC issue with any of the ones I've bought in that line. Oh and if anyone has a lightray they dont want thats not all messed up...do pm me

My biggest problem is getting stormshadow's chest piece off. His torso and waist look like they could be used to make a pretty decent Outback, but I don't want to cut it off.

But then again, after seeing the Crapentor figure slated with the Anal toy, I'm not sure what's going on. |

Speaking of a few SE Commando issues above I did get one where I swear the elbow joint was soft rubber and not hard plastic. Stretched and broke as I pulled it out and I don't use heat or hot water.

tunnel rat's right hand pops off sometimes but not a big probem--i love the figure actually as i never own the original--infact most 25th anniversary figures half of the joes i never own. storm shadow is my new fave version the mask is neat so he's replacing my 25th anniverary storm shadow for awhile. i wonder if the movie version will be a new fave. anyways tunnel rat is my new favorite! ---though schokwave or soundwave whatever his name is--his left knee joint is abit loose,. but he stands well.
