Okay, I know several people had issues with missing orders other than myself. How many of us had this issue? Has anyone been charged for them yet or received them yet?
I ask this because I have been charged for everything but my missing order.

I paid with a credit card for 2 orders and they both were charged right after purchase. Got a confermation email on both orders and today I recieved an email saying they have both been shipped.

None of my orders have shipped. They are listed as "partially shipped" but all the individual items are listed not shipped.

I ordered a black SDCC CC on monday, it shipped yesterday and was received today. I used standard shipping. I don't know what to say about everyone else's problems - this is my third order, and I haven't had a single problem. All of my orders have been relatively small, so maybe that has something to do with it... I had emailed them before, asking if they could give out notices of new products, but all they could say was they didn't know what they were getting until they got it. Which, if that's true, then no wonder they mess up orders so frequently. That's no way to run an e-business in the 21st century.

what i mean is, i know it happened with at least amberbratt and myself, i had an order that i received a confirmation for, a paypal authorization for, thats not showing up on my hasbro account. and i called hasbro and they told me that the order was not on my account and to forward them my confirmation number

I ordered around noon est and they charged my paypal account and they say I have no order in even though I got the email to prove it....very dissapointed

I am in the same boat as you guys. They "lost" my 2 orders, even though I got a confirmation email and it is listed on my paypal account. I have called repeatedly with no one able to answer my questions. Thay say they will escalate, whatever that means, the claim and some one will contact me in 24-48 hours. That was on Monday and no one has contacted me. I have called asking for a superviser to speak with, but they are never there. It is too late to cancel my other order and at this point it will be shipped back to them as soon as I recieve it. This will be my last order with HTS if they can't clear this mess up. I have had nothing but problems with them in the past, from lost orders and missing items, to things damaged due to lack of packing. I have to laugh at the threads complaining about the lack of customer service at Wal-Mart or Target. At least at those places, when you put something in your basket, you get to buy it. Or when you go to leave after paying, someone does take your item and claim to lose it.

All of mine have been shipped, I didn't have any problems. I did use paypal. Are you guys having problems with credit card orders or paypal, or both?

Same thing happened to me. I talked to someone today about my missing order and they advised me that it was going to be fowarded to the main office (whatever that means). my first contact with them was on wednesday. I have two missing orders, and i emailed them the conformation.
