CA glue is fine to use. It's made for plastic models and such...

Both my 50th Destro's had awful hips. I tried super glue and I didn't like the result for 3 reasons:
1) it takes too long to dry 2) it eats plastic - yikes! 3) it leaves that white residue For me, the clear nail polish works best. For the guys who use cotton or napkin, do you have problems with a big gap at the top of the thigh joint? |

I vote for clear nail polish. It has never done me wrong. Also you can find quick drying clear nail polish for bonus points.

I've found the very best thing to use on hip joints (as well as the elbow swivel, loose noggins and even the torso joint) is plumber's Teflon tape. Just wrap it around the end of the ball until you reach the desired "tightness." It compresses, so no gap, but provides excellent friction to quell the sloppiness. Best of all, it isn't permanent...no fear of fuck ups. That's always a plus!
