i called hasbro (about the doc figure) and then they said the figures were sent 2 months ago..? what the..? what do you guys think i should do? and is there still a chance they'll send another figure? :(

Well, where's their proof? They've made some Tankers send in faxes of the checks they cashed to make us customers prove we ordered/paid. What about them? It says so on their computer screen? Screw that.
Hasbro has totally stepped on it with this promo meant to reward loyal customers. What a scam!! |

If you have access to the cancelled check or proof the money order was cashed, depending on how you sent payment, you could get your state's Attorney General involved. That worked for me when Hasbro didn't send a huge order I placed. In fact, I got double my order.

my relative there in the states sent hasbro a copy of the cheque around last week. and it was cashed around august. up to now, still no reply.

OP, I am not saying you're lying or anything of the sort but, if you have not received a Doc by now then I would probably write it off at this point. At least then if you receive one in the next month or so it will be a pleasant surprise instead of something that's given you an ulcer. |

I wouldn't write it off. Get your damn money back. It's a matter of principle. It took me three months to get my refunds back from HTS, but I didn't give up. Hasbro is a business and they didn't deliver so you better get a check back. Keep calling and harassing and they'll probably realize that you're legit.

If not for the thieving actions of some of your fellow Joe collectors, this promotion may not have ended as badly as it did for some folks, like the OP who may have ordered his legitimately but now may never receive one.

The only thing I would like to add is that even with all the shady dealings going down, a great number of people still got their Doc(s). So Hasbro must have done something right. EDIT: Even so, I wouldn't give up hope just yet. Your friend only sent in the information a week ago. Given the number of complaints recently, I wouldn't be surprised if it takes them a while to respond. I say give it another week, then call them again to follow up.

do like i did, get tired of waiting...buy one (from another tanker,not evil-bay) and then 2 days later it will show up.... and then you have 2 DOCS , to do whatever you want with
