If any of this is true, I'm excited about Falcon, Tripwire, Copperhead, & the Grenadier...would like the Shipwreck in the white shirt, as I though that color scheme looked great. I'll take anything & everything though, the line rox!!

A case of singles and a case of comic packs is better than just a case of singles any day as far as numbers are concerned.
As for Nemesis Enforcer, I seem to remember him being high on the mail-in poll at one point. I wouldn't be surprised if several of the figures on the list were already in development when the list was made (Billy please). Hasbro probably saw this as a desire for him so they made or are making a figure if it wasn't in development because they think that is what we want. While Nemesis Enforcer isn't getting much love here doesn't mean a lot more people hate him than like him, although it is very possible. Until some information from other sources or this is from a source that has been right before I think we should take this list with a grain of salt. Some of the packs seem very odd at best. |

I'm just dissapointed because, if this list is true, then Hasbro is moving away from the classic figures I grew up with and delving into the later material that forced me to quit this line and move on.
I realize that I speak only for myself. It's the return to the original figures that brought me back. I want my 1982-1986 figure roster filled long before some of these later versions came along. They still don't do anything for me.

you guys realize that these are comic packs, not single packs. So don't count out Hasbro just yet. I'm sure we are going to see a lot more of our favorite classic characters in singles.

oh man, I will be a happy camper if we get tripwire.
that one, and the copperhead and i.g packs are the ones I'd be interested from this wave.

Hasbro saves a lot of money by using this tactic and makes more money in the process. On the other hand, Perhaps they just want to get the comics in the hands of younger consumers hoping they help increase their interest. When all said and done, the sales of the single packs seem to be doing just fine and If this list is accurate, I will miss seeing a Falcon, Tripwire & Iron Grenadier packaged with the beautiful painted card art. Heads up to Hasbro, I usually buy 2 of each figure of the single packs. One to open and one to keep in the package but the comic packs give no reason for carded versions. So, there may be missed opportunities there and somehow I don't think I'm the only collector out there that does this.
What I was trying to get at without specifically saying it is you have more choices. You can just increase the number of singles but at some point supply will meet demand, it alway does, and all you have to choose from are singles. Now throw in comic packs, vehicles, and the rumored 4 packs and you have more choices making it more likely you will sell more product. The singles will probably always sell better because of the price but by adding these other items like the comic packs the consumer has more choices and that can increase the likelihood of selling more item regardless of the size. How many of us would buy vehicles if they had them now? What you are saying about the comic packs is true and that is why they are releasing them. But they can sell them at the same time they sell the singles were as they would have to include them as part of the singles wave and ultimately produce fewer figures or increase the frequency they are released. Given the bitching about not finding things now I don't think having them come out faster and moving on to the next wave quicker would help any. That is now I see it.

More single-carded releases and more comic packs are always welcome here. |

For me I dont care how they're sold (with a vehicle, 2-packs, singles, 4-packs, whatever). Just as long as I get most of the characters I want, I'm fine.
