I was checking the back of my 25th Flint if it had a backpack hole when I saw 'HM' written on it with what appears to be a black marker:
Any idea on what this means? |

Odd. I've seen HFS on figures before. I believe I've heard that stands for "Hasbro Final Sample." Maybe this is "hasbro marketing" or somesuch and was not supposed to make it out on to the shelves...

Where did you buy this? If it was retail, I'd say someone accidentally carded a figure they were not supposed to

But has 'HM' ever been used on a figure?
I've always seen 'HFS' on a few prototypes but never 'HM'. And how would it have accidentally gotten carded? |

HM stands for Hasbro Master.
I really think that was intended to be either a 1up or even a 2up.Keep that farker sealed if u can.Sometimes collectors pay huge bucks for 1up and 2ups seeing as they are only distributed to shareholders or special guests of the company

How could one prove authenticity?
I just took a sharpie to my Flint and now I have one, too! Not really, but you see what I mean. |
