Both, but I have almost stopped buying vintage since I have most of what I want except for some rarer figures and vehicles

I collect all of the lines, depending on what I like.

Right now it's just 25th stuff, I only get the single carded figures and vehicles I thinks are cool, I don't buy them all because I think some of them don't look as good. I still have some of my orginal joes from when I was a kid.

At first I just collected vintage toys and cards, but after stumbling across this site and seeing all these tankers and their customs they inspired me to give the 25th line a chance. Now I'm hooked.

The 25th line came out at a good time, because I DID collect ARAH figures... I probably had 70-80% of the 80s Joes, and then about a year ago all my shit burned up when I moved to California.
Including all my collectibles, etc. So at least I can replace them with the 25th line, which hands-down are way better. And I LOVED the classic line. Just now you put them side-by-side, and the old ones just look so old. So now I only collect 25th, because I'm frankly starting from scratch, and don't feel like replacing the ones I spent the last few years collecting ALL OVER AGAIN. Just caught Robot Chicken, btw. It had the old Duke head on the 25th body. So people on here aren't the only ones who hate the new baby head. |

I started with only the 25th line... but the vintage vehicles have sucked me back in. I still don't collect the ARAH figures, they look too childish (funny eh?) to me with their big heads.
Luckily my wife is cool, I swore to her that I wasn't going to get into the ARAH stuff again, lol... but the Mamba and Pogo were just too darn cool to not get.
