Not really planing on buying much ROC stuff, but one thing I have noticed...my local Targets have been full of movie toys for a pretty good while now, yet my local Wal-mart barely has anything. Is there any reason for this other than my WM sucks? They have some 12" dolls, Combat Heroes, and a dress-up set but other than that, NADA. Does WM have some kind of problem with GI Joe?

wal-mart is the bully of the retail yard. The wal-marts not sporting ROC figs yet are waiting on the reset due in august.
wal -mart dont care about the consumer and a single toyline that is nothing of a lost too them.

Target has lots, Wal-Mart has none and even the TRU by me have nothing. I think the TRU is because they still have Sooooo much 25th stuff left.

Target is on the ball with this one (for better or worse), they still have the lowest price (at most stores, still $6.99) per fig (not including the sales), and dedicated 3 endcaps + Action figure isle space to the line.
With their VERY liberal return policy and now matching advertised prices.. Target is the Joe-supercenter!

At Wal-Mart, make sure you check in the various aisles...Our was put on the side of the endcaps and opposite end of where action figures were. I was lucky I saw them...but what they had was just wave 1.

Yeah, Wal-mart also likes to stick the Joe-pallet in the automotive section for some godawful reason.

both Target & TRU are pretty much saturated with RoC stuff. while Wal-mart is lagging, but still getting them, hence those pallet displays on the middle of the aisle.
all these guys have in common (so far during my hunt) is they all have the first waves. but nuthin of the latest wave with helix or whatever. i guess any type of promotion or sale should be accomplished to get these figures moving and get the next waves. now, it always depend on location. location, location, location.

And timing I hate, you know, having a job, and not being able to be at Target at 8am or TRU @ 10am to get the good figs!
